Annie Belle Jennings was born on October 19, 1885 in Brownwood, Texas, daughter of John Perry Jennings and Sena Ann Windham. At age 15, Annie married John Martin Larremore, son of Judge George Washington Larremore and Rachel Adeline Fanning. John and Annie were married on Tuesday July 16, 1901 in McMillan, Eddy County, New Mexico; In the EARLY MARRIAGES OF EDDY COUNTY, their wedding announcement read as follows: JOHN MARTIN LARREMORE of McMillan, age 26, to ANNIBELLE JENNINGS of McMillan, age 18 years, were married 16 July 1901 by Byron J. Field, J.P. WITNESS: Millie S. Field. Book 1-A, page 106. Annie Belle Jennings After a long association with the Rebekah's wherever she lived, (a womans group associated the the Independent Order of Odd Fellows) Annie was appointed District Deputy President of Golden, Rebekah Lodge No. 7, Lander, Wyoming on July 22, 1936. She and John Martin Larremore seperated circa 1937. Per Larry Larremore, Aneabel moved back to NM without John Martin. Annie Belle Jennings had a Restraunt and a small Grocery Store circa 1939 in Newkirk, New Mexico. The property they owned had a huge mesa with lots of trees at the top of the Mesa. When the family needed firewood, they would climb to the top of the mesa to cut down the trees. Then they would send the trees down this large rope to the base of the mesa. At the other end of the rope was a huge boulder. The wood would hit the boulder, and reduce, if not eliminate, chopping the firewood. Circa 1943 Annie Belle Jennings moved to in 205 N. Frazier Ave., Anabelle Laramour, Florence, Colorado. Annie Belle Jennings died on December 13, 1948 at age 63 She was living in New Castle, Wyoming with sons Ted and Larry at the time of her death. She died on the way to the hospital in Hot Springs, South Dakota. She was buried in Memorial Park, Tucumcari, Quay, New Mexico. Per Larimer Fanning Larremore, Annie Belle raised all of her grandchildren, except Easter's children. In the NEWSLETTER JOURNAL, from Newcastle, Wyoming, dated December 16, 1948, reads: LOCAL WOMAN PASSES AWAY ENROUTE TO HOSPITAL Mrs. Annie Belle Larremore passed away Tuesday evening as she was being taken to the hospital in Hot Springs by the Mumper Ambulance. At the time of her death she was 63 years old. Heart trouble was given as the cause of her death. Mrs. Larremore arrived here two weeks ago from Florence, Colorado to visit with her sons, Larry and Ted. The body was shipped last evening to Tucumcari, New Mexico, where burial rites will be held. Besides her sons, Mrs. Larremore is survived by a number of other children. Obituary from Tucumcari, New Mexico, dated December 14, 1948, reads: LARREMORE FUNERAL TO BE HELD HERE SATURDAY AFTERNOON Mrs. Annie Belle Larremore former Tucumcari resident died Tuesday at Newcastle, Wyoming. She made her home in Colorado but was visiting in Newcastle at the time of her death. Seven children survive their mother. They are George Larremore of Park City, Utah, Tom Larremore of Lander, Wyoming, Ted and Larry Larremore, both of Newcastle, Wyoming; Mrs. Dorothy Turelle of Lincoln, Nebraska, Mrs. Easter Macey of Lander, Wyoming; and Mrs. Violet Nirde of Rock Springs, Wyoming. One sister Mrs. Pearl McDonald of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren are left to mourn her passing. Funeral Services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in Dun's Chapel. The Rev. Ray McGrew, pastor of Center Street Methodist Church will officiate. Ruth Reekah, No. 4 will have services at the cemetery. Active bearers will be Charlie Wilkerson, Bronc Curry, Martin Sena, Ben Ward, Bill Tatum and Mentle Beasley. Remains will lie in state in Dunn's Funeral home until time for burial. Interment will be in Tucumcari Memorial Park. 2. John Perry2 Jennings also went by the name of Perry. John Perry Jennings was born on March 6, 1864 in St. Joseph, Missouri, son of Albert A. Jennings and Mary A. Muse. John married Sena Ann Windham, daughter of A. J. Windham and Mrs. S. J. _____. John Perry Jennings had a ranch in Bogker, TX. Moved from there to NM & bought a ranch in NM. John Perry Jennings appeared on the census in Hutchinson County; J. Perry Jennings is listed on the 1910 Hutchinson County Census with wife Annie 42 yrs old born in Missouri her father in Alabama and her mother in Georgia. J. Perry Jennings was 45 years old born in Missouri - father and mother in Kentucky. They have one son Robert 19 years old born in New Mexico. They are listed as family #35 on page 286 of the 1910 Hutchinson County Census. Cleo. John Perry Jennings died on March 2, 1947 at age 82. 3. Sena Ann2 Windham. Sena Ann Windham was born on March 3, 1868 in Meridian, Lauderdale, Mississippi, daughter of A. J. Windham and Mrs. S. J. _____. Sena married John Perry Jennings, son of Albert A. Jennings and Mary A. Muse. Sena Ann Windham died on October 5, 1942 at age 74. 4. Albert A.3 Jennings. Albert A. Jennings was born on August 25, 1834 in Russell County, Kentucky, son of John Thomas Jennings and Nancy Isabel Irwin. At age 18, Albert married Mary A. Muse. Mary and Albert were married on Wednesday March 2, 1853 in Russell County, Kentucky. Albert A. Jennings died before 1906. They and brothers from both sides move to MISSOURI where they have children which one is NANCY IZABEL ELLEN JENNINGS in 1869 KC Missouri they move to Texas then to EDDY CITY (CALSBAD NEW MEXICO TODAY) which she marries Jerrimiah Ellis Dunaway in Jan 31, of 1888, there in Eddy City. Then they move to Lovington and have two daughter which one marries a Fairweather, Charles Walter : Lilly Evelyn Dunaway. The second daughter(Oaty Ellen Dunaway) to WILLIAM ALEXANDER WRIGHT the son of John David Wright and Sarah Allen !!! 5. Mary A.3 Muse also went by the name of Polly Ann. Mary A. Muse was born in 1826 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Mary married Albert A. Jennings, son of John Thomas Jennings and Nancy Isabel Irwin. Mary and Albert were married on Wednesday March 2, 1853 in Russell County, Kentucky. Mary A. Muse died on August 11, 1910; Death year could be 1910-1919. 6. A. J.3 Windham. A. J.
